Our hydraulic cutter recently died, and (another member) lent us a manual cutter to tide us over until we could purchase another hydraulic cutter. When the new(used) cutter didn't come with a manual, I posted a message on IPMAServ, and within minutes had offers of copies of cutter manuals."
