Who attends?

Those attending are typically the primary managers from all industry segments of their in-house printing and mailing operations. They are responsible for making decisions regarding the selection of print/mail equipment, print supplies and software for their parent organizations. Past attendees have indicated that IPMA’s annual conference is often the only conference that they attend throughout the year. They rely heavily on the information gathered at our event to make their year-long purchasing decisions. As the only professional association exclusively for all segments of in-plant printers and mailers, IPMA has over 500 members nationwide. IPMA members manage in-house operations ranging in size from over 100 employees to smaller shops with two to three people. Cost:

The standard cost of registration for IPMA members is $1095 and $1295 for non-members. Click here to register.

Hotel Information:

The Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown has 712 sleeping rooms, 60,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space, up to 31 breakout rooms, 24 hour complimentary fitness center and an indoor pool. It’s all about location, location, location. We are in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh within walking distance to at least 80 restaurants and bars, and right across from Point State Park. Parking:

Free parking is not available at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown.  The hotels daily parking rate is $30.00. There are parking garages in the area with rates varying from $12 to $25 per day.

Airport Shuttle:

Shuttle service from airport to hotel is available through SuperShuttle. IPMA attendees will be given a discount code when registration is complete. See link below for more information.

Taxi fare from the Pittsburgh Airport to hotel is approximately $40.

PreConference Outing:

Are you going to be coming into Pittsburgh early and need something to do? We have a block of seats reserved for Saturday, June 10,2017 for us at PNC’s stadium. Let’s play ball!!!
