Would you like to position your company as a thought leader? Sponsoring educational content and white papers is a great way to get your brand in front of IPMA members and demostrate your support for continuing education.

IPMA offers two options for sponsoring content to our membership;

  • Editorial
  • Sponsored

All content must be educational in nature and cannot have any sales focus to it whatsoever, including product placement.  When a vendor chooses to sponsor a white paper, you will receive a copy of the list of people who download for your our marketing efforts.


With editorial content, vendor will submit a list of three(3) proposed topics with brief explanations to us for approval.  Once topic is approved, you and your team will write the content and submit back for final review, approval, and posting.  If changes are necessary, we will always work with you until it meets all requirements.


Sponsored content topics will be provided to vendor by IPMA.  We will offer you three(3) proposed topics with brief explanations to choose from. Once you submit the topic IPMA will write the content for you.  We will submit the final draft to you for suggestions or potential edits and then finalize content


Webinars are a great opportunity to provide in-plant professionals with valuable content and align your brand with a topic or issue of importance to our members.

Suppliers can reach a loyal and dedicated audience of in-plant managers and directors through sponsorship of an IPMA educational webinar.

IPMA offers two types of webinars;

  • Editorial – IPMA will work on topic, title and description. We will assist in speaker selection.
  • Sponsored – Vendor will submit topic, title and description to IPMA for approval. Vendor will book presenter(s) and provide necessary information to IPMA for webinar set up.

Both types must be purely educational in nature no sales pitch or product demonstrations. All webinar sponsors will receive a registration and attendee list upon completion of webinar for use in sales marketing. Webinars will be set up in software by IPMA for presentation.

LIST RENTAL ($2,000 additional sponsorship cost)

IPMA’s membership is a highly sought-after and captive audience.  Should a supplier wish to target them directly via email or direct mail, there are options to do so easily thanks to IPMA’s list rental program

If a vendor is interested to send a one-time targeted email blast to the IPMA membership, they can do so for per use.  Vendor is responsible for the content & visual make-up of the email to be forwarded to IPMA in an html text version or word document(pdf documents can not be used). IPMA will provide detailed reporting of email sends, open, link clicks.

For direct mailings, IPMA will facilitate the mailing process. Vendor will ship the printed mailing piece and envelope if required to IPMA who will mail out and invoice you for applicable postage.

IPMA COMMUNITY ($25,000 additional sponsorship cost)

IPMA’s newest member benefit is buzzing with member engagement.  IPMA members are logging into IPMA Community daily to ask questions, share ideas and respond to their peers.  In the online community a vendor can have top banner or side ads on content pages or even a sponsored blog.

In addition, IPMA also offers a unique opportunity to sponsor the Community as a whole. Advertising is a great way to increase awareness and have multiple options for ads on the IPMA Community.

The IPMA website was recently rebuilt to be user friendly and responsive.  With more than 2,500 page views per month, the site features blogs, upcoming educational opportunities and information about IPMA and the in-plant industry.  Website advertising is sold on a month-by-month basis with three-month or annual commitment.  As a vendor, your company can get in front of our members and prospects with excellent advertising opportunities including;

STATE OF INDUSTRY WHITE PAPER($20,000 value and included in annual partnership package)

Make history and support an industry white paper and research report.  This report will provide data and insight that is unmatched and high sought after. Your vendor logo will be prominently displayed in the report and online. You will have opportunity to sponsor a webinar presentation of the research results. The PRINT presentation of results will be part of this sponsorship.
