Conference Attendees

Conference attendees are typically the primary managers of their in-house printing and mailing operations. They are the decision makers- responsible for the selection of print/mail equipment, print supplies, and software for their parent organizations. 

IPMA’s conference is often the only annual conference they attend. They rely heavily on the information gathered here to make their year-long purchasing decisions.

We are the only professional association exclusively for all segments of in-plant printers and mailers. IPMA has over 700 members nationwide, and approximately 30% attend our annual conference.

Our members manage in-house operations ranging in size from over 100 employees to smaller shops with two to three people. While some manage just one centralized print/copy/mail center, many manage facilities in several locations. 

Our Community

IPMA is a place where you can share, learn and obtain resources for your in-plant in a non-competitive environment. Ask questions in our Open Forum. Post and seek jobs in our Job Board. And insource and seek services in our Peer-to-Peer Marketplace.
