Kearney, MO – The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is thrilled to announce the winners of the 2025 IPMA Outstanding Contributor Awards. Each is listed below.
Jennifer Chambers, Assistant to the Executive Director IPMA

Jennifer Chambers started with IPMA in February of 2015. She is the Assistant to the Director. She assists & supports the Executive Director, Mike Loyd & the IPMA Board of Directors, anywhere necessary. Responsibilities include IPMA accounting, human resources, coordination of onsite events & administration department.
Jennifer has been married to her husband, Robbie Chambers, since 1985 & has lived in Kearney, MO since 1983. They have two sons, Marshal & Toby. Marshal is married to Sammie & together have two beautiful granddaughters, Teagan & Tatum & a grandson, Tucker. Jennifer is a member of Northern Hills Baptist Church in Holt, MO, and plays conga drums with their amazing praise team. She also enjoys sewing, needlepoint & gardening.

Nate Riggins, Graphic & Production Supervisor, EMC Insurance

With over 15 years of experience in the printing industry, Nate has developed comprehensive expertise in transforming creative concepts into tangible, high-quality outcomes. For the past 11 years, he has served as the Print & Graphic Resources Supervisor at EMC Insurance, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s in-plant. His leadership ensures efficiency, quality, and innovation in print production, helping deliver impactful visual communication solutions.
Combined with a degree in Graphic Design, Nate possesses a strong foundation in visual communication and design principles. His work as an award-winning landscape and wildlife photographer further exemplifies his artistic versatility and commitment to capturing the natural world’s beauty.
Nate’s photography has been recognized in prestigious contests and displayed in exhibitions worldwide, earning him widespread acclaim. His keen eye for nature’s beauty and his ability to capture breathtaking moments in the wild set him apart in the field. With a talent for storytelling through imagery, Nate’s work showcases artistry, technical excellence, and a deep appreciation for the environment. His photography continues to inspire and connect audiences globally, solidifying his reputation as a distinguished photographer.
This unique combination of skills and experience enhances Nate’s ability to compose and edit compelling visuals while offering a distinctive perspective that informs his approach to design and printing. The intersection of these disciplines allows him to deliver creative solutions that are both impactful and innovative.

Katelin Shanks, Senior Account Executive, Racami

Katelin Shanks, the Senior Account Executive at Racami, partners with print and mail organizations—including in-plants, service bureaus, commercial printers, and direct mailers—to design and implement strategic digital roadmaps. With a background in web development, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing, she brings deep technical expertise to the evolving needs of the print industry. Passionate about strategic planning and highly collaborative by nature, she is committed to guiding clients through impactful, tech-driven growth. Based in sunny San Diego, she also hosts Printfluencers, a podcast that brings fresh perspective and bold voices to the world of print and mail.
“It’s funny how life works—I didn’t set out to be in print and mail, but now I can’t imagine not being part of this amazing community. Winning this award is an honor, but what means even more is being part of an industry where people are always learning from each other, solving challenges together, and pushing boundaries. It’s a privilege to contribute to that kind of momentum,” said Katelin Shanks, Senior Account Executive, Racami.
