The range of markets and technologies available will open up possibilities for IPMA members

April 25, 2019

Kearney, MO – The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is excited to be part of the first class of Association Partners for the inaugural PRINTING United (Dallas, October 23 – 25, 2019). The new event, which builds on the success of the world-class SGIA Expos, is the first printing industry trade show centered around the phenomenon of convergence.

Ford Bowers, CEO of PRINTING United and President/CEO of show partner Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA), said, “Plenty of events focus on a specific industry niche. And while there is value in this approach, PRINTING United will flip that model, with exhibitors, attendees and educational sessions representing all areas of the printing industry, including apparel decorating, commercial printing, graphics and sign, graphics installation, packaging printing, functional printing and in-plant printing, to better reflect the forces shaping the larger printing community. With that diversity comes opportunities and new ideas that can be the impetus for your future growth.”

As part of the partnership, IPMA will exhibit (PRINTING United Booth 10665) and present an educational session on Next Generation Tactics and Strategies for In-Plant Service Providers.

“PRINTING United will give our members the chance to explore adjacent printing technologies and expand their businesses or product lines accordingly,” said Mike Loyd, Executive Director, IPMA. “With the range of exhibitors, our members will be able to find any solution they need to better serve their customers.”

Registration for PRINTING United opens in early May at PRINTINGUnited.com. Attendee registration is free and the Expo + Education pass is $99 (free for SGIA members) through September 11, when prices increase to $35 for registration and $115 for the Expo + Education pass.
