Kearney, MO – Effective August 1, 2024, John Cruser, Global Manager of Bloomberg Ink (BINK) Print Services will move into the International President role with the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) finishing the term of Christopher Donlon who has resigned from the Board. Donlon has stepped down from the Board to take a position outside the in-plant industry.
“It is with great honor and enthusiasm that I accept the presidency of the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA). This esteemed organization has long been a pillar of support and innovation for in-plant professionals for over 60 years, and I am humbled to have the opportunity to lead it.
Our industry is at a pivotal juncture, with rapid technological advancements and evolving market demands. I am committed to fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning within our community, and our vendor partners. Together, we will navigate these changes, leveraging new technologies and best practices to enhance our services and meet the needs of our stakeholders. I look forward to working closely with our talented board, dedicated staff, our members, and industry partners. By sharing our collective knowledge and experiences, we can drive IPMA forward, ensuring it remains a vital resource for all in-plant professionals.

Outgoing President Christopher Donlon said, “I have retired from Kohler Co. effective August 1st. It is with a heavy heart that I have resigned my position as the IPMA International President. Kelly Hogg will continue on in his role as Immediate Past President. I have the utmost respect for John and Kelly and the entire board for pulling together and helping me make this difficult transition. I have been and always will be a friend of IPMA; it is an incredibly strong association that cares deeply about the success of its members. Thank you for believing in me to lead this fine organization.”
