KEARNEY, MO—In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) International President Sherri Isbell has appointed Christopher Donlon to the International Board of Directors as Member-At-Large, effective immediately. Donlon will complete the term vacated by Kelly Hogg when he was elected to the President-Elect position.

Donlon is the Associate Communications Manager for the Kohler Company. He manages the in-plant facility and, also serves as a print and graphics related buyer on a global basis. Donlon started in the printing business in 1997 as a sales representative with EP Direct Printing in Sheboygan, WI.  He has been employed by Kohler since 2007 and is president of the Wisconsin IPMA Chapter. Donlon has served as Awards Committee chairman for the past few years.

Donlon, a long-term IPMA member, said, “Being nominated to the IPMA Board of Directors has been a career goal. Since joining IPMA nine years ago, I have worked hard to support not only my state chapter (WI), but also the international body by presenting and facilitating roundtables at our conference.”

“I have received so much more from my IPMA peers that I feel compelled to give back as much, and more,” he said.

Isbell said, “I am delighted to share this exciting news about Christopher Donlon joining the IPMA Board of Directors as Member-at-Large. In addition to his passion for IPMA, Christopher brings a wealth of experience and insight gained from his leadership role at the Kohler Company. We are thrilled to have him on board.”

The IPMA Board of Directors is comprised of Sherri Isbell, University of Oklahoma, President; Kelly Hogg, University of Virginia, President-Elect; Tammy Golden, Secretary/Treasurer, State of Tennessee; Tim Hendrix, Vendor Liaison, State of Oregon; Mike O’Hara, Member Representative, DMBA; Dwayne Magee, Past President, Messiah College; and now, Christopher Donlon, Member-At-Large.

Founded in 1964, the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association is the only professional association dedicated exclusively to meet the needs of all segments’ in-house printers and mailers. The more than 700 members of IPMA are managers and directors from in-plant printing and mailing facilities throughout the United States. IPMA is headquartered in Kearney, MO.
