Kearney, MO – The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is thrilled to announce Kristen Hampton has been elected President-Elect of IPMA’s Board of Directors.

Kristen’s vision aligns with our dedication to empowering in-plant professionals and advancing our industry. Kristen Hampton is Division Director, Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), Print and Mail Management for the State of Michigan. Hampton has responsibility for leading both the printing and mailing in-plant facilities.
Hampton joined the department in 1994, beginning as a typesetter and holding many different roles, until she was promoted to director in 2016. These varied roles provided her with key insight on customer service, the offset and digital printing industry, budgeting, estimating and the use of metrics to drive decision-making. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Michigan State University and is a proud Spartan. Kristen has been an IPMA member since 2014 and previously served as the Secretary/Treasurer.
