Sherri Isbell
Sherri Isbell is the Associate Director at The University of Oklahoma Printing and Mailing Services. She is responsible for Customer Service, Central Mail, Document Services, Offset, Digital and Specialty Printing as well as the Copy Centers and two contract Postal Stations.
Isbell is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and has served as a staff member for the last 29 years. In 1998 she received certification in the Society for Service Professionals in Printing (SSPP). She earned IPMA’s Certified Graphic Communications Manager (CGCM) honor in 2000 and has re-certified twice. She also gained the distinction of Certified Mail Manager (CMM) in 2019. Only a handful of people in the world hold both certifications.
In 2013 Isbell was presented the Outstanding Contributor Award from IPMA. She is also a founding member of the Franklin Stamp and Ink Society. She has been an advisory board member for area technology centers and serves as a mentor in a program for the Oklahoma graphic design industry. Isbell is on the Board of Directors and President of the International In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA).

Dr. Trish Holliday is a dynamic human resources leader who is passionate about learning. Trish believes in a culture that promotes engagement, encourages retention, and provides continuous learning and leadership development for all employees, ultimately positioning the organization as a learning organization.
Dr. Holliday’s commitment and passion for helping professionals reach their greatest potential is rooted in her experience as an adult educator and certified executive coach and her early years in full-time ministry as a missionary in Tennessee Appalachia. As a successful change agent, facilitator, and storyteller, she is often asked by executive leaders to undertake complex problem-solving opportunities by bringing people together and helping them discover innovative solutions, and develop the leaders needed to execute.
Trish is a speaker and workshop facilitator at the local, national, and international level. She serves on various non-profit and academic boards and enjoys giving back to the community. As an alum of Young Leaders of Nashville, Leadership Tennessee, and Leadership Middle Tennessee, Trish has always had a passion for non-profits and is a founding board member of the non-profit organization, Impact Nashville.
As the state of Tennessee’s first Chief Learning Officer, Trish was recognized by Governing Magazine as being instrumental in the successful transformation of the state workforce. She drove change through continuous improvement, leadership development and employee learning at the macro and micro levels. Trish designed the LEAD Tennessee program to create a sustainable platform for talent retention and succession planning in government. She led strategic planning and talent development for state executives in all three branches of government.
As an award-winning leader, Trish was the cover feature in the 2019 March issue of the national Chief Learning Officer Magazine. She was named one of the 2019 Women of Influence by the Nashville Business Journal. Trish received the Warner W. Stockberger Achievement Award in honor of a lifetime of outstanding contributions toward the improvement of public human resources management by IPMA- HR.
As an adjunct professor at Lipscomb University, Trevecca University, and University of Memphis, Trish teaches undergraduates to doctoral students in areas like Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Human Resources Leadership and Management, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior, Personal Leadership Development, and Understanding Management.
From her days in the ministry, Appalachian missionary field, and her work in government, Doc Holliday has found enormous delight in helping people become their best selves and organizations to reach optimal performance.

Smart Lockers: the total solution to contactless delivery for mail and more.
Over the last few years smart delivery systems have changed the way many schools have addressed the need to efficiently deliver student packages. Due to Covid-19 smart delivery systems now can provide the total solution to safely, efficiently and cost effectively deliver more than just student packages. This presentation will discuss how different systems can be used to deliver student and department letters, flats and packages in a total contactless environment and the procedures to significantly reduce the threat of contamination. These systems will soon be used by everyone to provide contactless delivery for libraries, bookstores, completed print projects, diplomas, transcripts and many more essential services.
Don McCarty
Don McCarty is the Director of Postal, Passport and Printing Services at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) located in Johnson City, TN since 2013. He is a retired Marine officer with 27 years of service having spent his career working in military postal. He served in various positions such as the senior postal officer for the Marine Corps with tours around the world including Iraq. Don received his Master’s Degree in Management from ETSU in 2011. Don is very active in numerous mailing associations such as NACUMS, CUMSA, NACAS, IPMA and MSMA and serves as a board member of several of these organizations. Don presents annually on Postal topics such as smart lockers, outsourcing prevention, professional development, and how to ensure your mail center is modern and relevant at numerous Postal conferences around the country. He has received his CMM, CMDSM and EMCM national certifications. The ETSU Mail Center under Don’s guidance has won the 2017 Mail Center of the year from IPMA and the 2018 Office Center of the Year from MSMA.

A Story of Hope and Redemption
John Johnson took a leap of faith by hiring a press operator right out of prison in 2016. The man, Talmedge Hayes, had been there for 28 years. He had learned how to print in the prison print shop. He is now the lead pressman on a digital 4-color offset press producing first class work. John and Talmedge will tell their story of hope and redemption.

On top of his professional responsibilities, previously managing the in-plant at CSU, Chico, John earning his master’s degree in Business Administration there in 1999.

"Designing for Discounts:” Mailpiece design to qualify for discounted USPS postage.
This presentation explores a collaboration between Print and Mail to get the best postage rate and quickest delivery for customers and catch any potential USPS regulation issues during the design process.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of how mail and print design should work together as well as ways to present information to customers.

Andy Wright is the supervisor of Mailing Services for the University of Oklahoma. He has been with the university since June 1996. He has been in his current position since May 2009.
He oversees the day to day operations of three mailing locations:
Central Mail Service (CMS) is responsible for all departmental incoming and outgoing USPS mail as well as interoffice campus mail. CMS also prepares the majority of the Non-Profit and discounted mailings for the university in house. CMS has a staff of 9 FTE and 1 PTE and delivers to over 250 departments daily. Mail volume for CMS averages 4.6 million pieces annually.
The Student Post Office (SPO) is a USPS contract station responsible for all incoming USPS mail for all student in the Residence halls and three University owned apartment complexes. With a staff of 4 FTE and 2 Student positions the SPO services around 7000 students living on campus with an annual volume averaging over 225000 pieces.
The Union Post Office is another USPS contract station that services 948 USPS PO boxes that are available for both the University community and the general public. Centrally located in the student union, the Union Post Office receives the majority of walk up traffic the university. This contract station has a staff of 3 FTE.
In his 23 years at the university Andy has held all the available mailroom positions. He has seen many changes and reconfigurations in the University mailing system as well as the USPS. He has been a member of the PCC for many years. He joined the PCC board upon his appointment to the Supervisor position. Shortly after joining the board he accepted the open position of Secretary and is active in committee for the annual PCC golf tournament.
He has been a member of IPMA for several years. He gained his CMM certification in February of 2019.
