Kearney, MO – John Cruser, International President of the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA)’s Board of Directors has appointed Wes Troup as Chair, IPMA Awards Committee effective September 26, 2024.
“On behalf of the entire IPMA Board, Staff and Organization, I extend a warm welcome to Wes Troup. The Board is looking forward to working with you to support the continued growth and success of our awards initiatives. This critical role will oversee the recognition of outstanding projects and professionals who embody the core values of IPMA. We are confident that your leadership and vision will not only elevate the prestige of our awards but also inspire innovation and excellence throughout our community. I also would like to take this opportunity to extend my deepest gratitude to Ben Fowler for his exceptional service as our Awards Chair. Ben will continue to be an integral part of the Board as a Member Representative and I look forward to his ongoing involvement and the continued benefit of Ben’s wisdom and experience,” said John Cruser, International President, IPMA Board of Directors.
“I’m truly honored to be selected as Award’s Chair for IPMA. The multitude of awards handed out annually provide a key opportunity for all members to demonstrate added value to their organizations which is a cornerstone of IPMA’s mission. Over the last decade, I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of a team that has won several awards for print and digital media. The feeling of accomplishment and shared pride with my colleagues for those wins is something that I’d like to assist all IPMA members with being able to experience. So, I’m excited to begin working with the IPMA Board and the member community on ways that we can make the awards program even better. I’d also like to thank Ben Fowler and Christopher Donlon for the fantastic effort and enthusiasm they brought as the last two members to hold this position. They both certainly set a high standard. I’ll do my very best to keep their momentum going and ensure that the awards program is impactful for all members,” said Wes Troup, Chair, IPMA Awards Committee.
