IPMA’s In-Plant Awareness Month started February 1, and Olathe Public Schools Graphic Communications was quick to get the ball rolling. They combined fun with showing off their in-plant. And what a novel way to encourage engagement: having customers write messages on cookies with an edible marker!
"Our department, Graphic Communications, hosted a "Facts and Snacks" event last Friday, Feb 1st to kick off In-Plant Awareness Month. We had roughly 20 targeted customers come to take a tour and learn how to use our online services. We wanted to highlight some growth we've recently had with new equipment, additional staff and additional space we have recently acquired. Our plan is to host more sessions like this in the near future and expand into training for design software as well. "
