Mike has been a member of IPMA for many years, having served as International President-Elect, International Secretary-Treasurer, and in several office capacities of the Louisiana Bayou Chapter. He is looking forward to his role as Executive Director and keeping IPMA in step with the industry.

Amy brings over 14 years of sales experience.  She is responsible for both acquiring and retaining IPMA’s membership both on the in-plant side and vendor. She works diligently with both members and non marketing the IPMA brand. Amy is looking forward to working with our members as well as widening our current member base.

Joanne Gore is a B2B marketing expert on a mission to help the print industry sell more print. Her career spans software, OEMs, and print, including roles at Compaq, DST Output, and Ricoh. She now leads Joanne Gore Communications (JGC), a firm focused on driving growth through strategic messaging, lead generation, and social selling. 

JGC serves as IPMA’s Marketing, Social Media, and Community Manager, stepping in to support the association’s marketing and member engagement following Jan’s retirement. Joanne is the author of Thriving in Chaos: Lessons Learned as a Corporate Marketer and a sought-after speaker who translates trends like AI, sustainability, and digital transformation into real-world opportunities for brands across North America and Europe.  

Jennifer has been with IPMA since early 2015 bringing with her over 20 years of administrative experience.  “IPMA has some of the kindest most wonderful people I have ever had the privilege to meet.”  She looks forward to many more years assisting those in the in-plant industry.

Theresa joined IPMA’s staff in 2020. She has been part of the University in-plant community for 41 years, including University of Arkansas Printing Services, University of Texas Document Solutions, and OU Printing & Mailing Services.  She has been an active and long-term member of IPMA.
