KEARNEY, MO: The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is pleased to announce that the agenda for its 2026 Educational Conference is now available, with possible updates as additional sessions and details are finalized. The event will take place June 14–18, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville, South Carolina.
As the largest in-plant event for all segments of the industry, IPMA’s annual conference brings together print and mail professionals for a comprehensive week of education, networking, a vendor fair, industry awards, and facility tours. The 2026 agenda features a diverse mix of keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and peer-led discussions designed to address the real-world challenges in-plant operations face today.
This year’s theme: Taking Care of Business, reflects a focus on strengthening operations, supporting teams, and ensuring in-plants are positioned to deliver value in an increasingly demanding environment. Sessions throughout the week will provide practical insights, proven strategies, and forward-looking perspectives to help attendees improve performance, adapt to change, and confidently lead their operations.
Registration is now open, with discounted hotel rates available through May 21, 2026. Attendees are encouraged to review the agenda and secure their spot early.
