KEARNEY, MO: The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is thrilled to announce the winners of the 2026 IPMA Outstanding Contributor Awards. Each is listed below.
Dana Anastasia, Division Director, Continental Data Label

Dana Anastasia is a respected leader in the pressure-sensitive converting industry with more than 35 years of experience. Founder and former owner of Coast to Coast Label and current owner of Dana Label, Dana has supported the In-Plant Management Association for more than 30 years, representing five different companies throughout his career.
He currently serves as Division Director for Continental Data Label. Dana is also active in youth sports development and leads a regional Bereaved Parents of USA group. In 2020, he was named Champaign County, Illinois Citizen of the Year after heroically saving a man’s life by pulling him from a burning home following a gas explosion.

Wes Troup, Business Solutions Analyst, World Bank Group

Wes Troup is a Business Solutions Analyst with the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., where he provides strategic support to the Printing and Interactive Media teams. He brings a well-rounded background in commercial and in-plant printing, with experience spanning press operations, customer service, and project management.
Wes holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a certification in Digital Graphic Reproduction from Eastman Kodak. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, auto racing, and spending time with his family.

I’m also profoundly humbled to be part of a list of previous winners that includes several titans of the in-plant industry.
I’d like to thank the World Bank for valuing impactful development and allowing me the opportunity to dedicate a significant amount of time to IPMA initiatives. A huge thank you as well to the IPMA Board, Executive Director, and staff for the acknowledgement and for navigating the organization through a changing landscape.
