KEARNEY, MO: The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) has become a Global Industry Supporter of Girls Who Print, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Organization offering industry-driven leadership, career development, and workforce programs. The partnership expands access to professional development and community programming for IPMA members and reinforces IPMA’s commitment to workforce development across the in-plant printing and mailing community. Through this supporter agreement, IPMA members can join Girls Who Print Global and gain full access to its platform and programs at no cost, using an IPMA-managed registration code distributed through IPMA headquarters.
“IPMA is focused on helping our members build stronger teams and stronger operations,” said Mike Loyd, Executive Director of IPMA. “By becoming a Global Industry Supporter of Girls Who Print, we’re adding a practical, accessible member benefit that supports professional development and helps strengthen the talent pipeline for in-plants.”
Established in 2009, Girls Who Print is a global nonprofit organization that empowers women around the world working in the print and graphic communications industry through education, curated events, industry-driven programs, and mentorship. Girls Who Print has cultivated a global network of more than 12,000 print and graphic communications professionals, including students, educators, rising talent, and seasoned experts. Membership is open to all, including male allies who believe in strengthening the print industry and supporting the professionals who power it.
“This partnership isn’t about access, it’s about impact,” said Deborah Corn, Executive Director of Girls Who Print. “IPMA members lead complex operations where communication, leadership, and talent development matter every day. Girls Who Print brings real-world programs that help professionals grow, lead, and stay in the industry, strengthening both individual careers and the organizations they serve.”
As part of the partnership, IPMA will integrate Girls Who Print programming into its member education and professional development initiatives throughout the year.
