New scope-based support helps sponsors turn sponsorship inclusions into leads, meetings, and follow-up momentum.

KEARNEY, MO: The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) today announced the launch of the IPMA Sponsor Marketing Support Program in collaboration with Joanne Gore Communications (JGC). The program is designed to help IPMA conference sponsors and exhibitors maximize the value of their sponsorship perks by turning inclusions into conference-ready marketing assets that support lead generation, meeting-setting, and post-event follow-up.
IPMA sponsors invest in visibility and access through sponsorship packages and à la carte opportunities. In practice, many sponsors face a common challenge. The supporting assets behind those perks do not get executed early enough, messaging becomes inconsistent across touchpoints, and follow-up plans are unclear. The result is that sponsors risk arriving onsite with underused perks and limited momentum.
The IPMA Sponsor Marketing Support Program was built to address that gap. Through JGC’s scope-based support menu, sponsors can get help executing sponsor-perk deliverables and aligning conference messaging across key touchpoints such as pre- and post-event outreach, booth messaging and graphics direction, session support, and conversion-focused follow-up.
“This program helps sponsors get more out of what they have already paid for,” said Mike Loyd, President of IPMA. “Sponsors are busy and conference timelines move quickly. We wanted a practical option that helps sponsors execute their perks with clarity, consistency, and a stronger path to meetings and leads.”
A key optional component within the program is the Messaging Matrix, which provides a conference-themed message system that can be applied across sponsor touchpoints. The program is designed to be scope-based so sponsors can right-size support based on their sponsorship level, goals, internal capacity, and deadlines.
“We built this to make sponsorship execution simpler and more effective,” said Joanne Gore, President and Chief Strategist of Joanne Gore Communications. “When the booth message is clear, the outreach is timely, and the follow-up path is defined, sponsors are far more likely to see real business impact from the conference.”
IPMA members receive a 10% discount on eligible JGC event services. The 10% benefit also applies to sponsors who purchase a Messaging Matrix.
Sponsors and exhibitors can book a call with JGC to review sponsorship inclusions, clarify goals, and receive a recommended scope aligned to IPMA conference timelines.
